Based around having many different CMC cards in order to make Atemsis’ effect work, so draw spells will be a priority as well as a solid land base. Having powerful spells will also help as Atemsis needs to be able to attack and land damage in order for the effect to trigger Blue has a strong control base which helps to keep opponents form forming a solid game state.
