After doing some research into the format, this is likely one of the best strategies you could be playing in this format; Geist of Saint Traft is already very good in Duel Commander, and the restriction on the casting cost of cards along with the 50 card decks potentially push Geist over the top. Cards like Umezawa's Jitte and Counterbalance are understandably banned, but the deck still has a ton of tools to control-lock your opponent out of the game while Geist just kills them.

This deck idea isn't tested yet, which means that I'm not too sure what's good and what isn't. If you guys have any good suggestions of anything that I might have missed, feel free to mention it in the comments!
