Finally a monoblue commander that excites me! Pretty much attack with Atemsis and try to use her ability to kill your opponents. To help with that there are a number of tutors (including repeatable ones like Citanul Flute and Archmage Ascension), as well as selective bounce effects like Paradoxical Outcome. Atemsis' ability triggers on any kind of damage dealt, so you can also use pingers like Thornbite Staff and Viridian Longbow. Pemmin's Aura and Sword of the Paruns help in killing more than one opponent a turn. I tried to have the converted casting costs in the deck spread roughly evenly without screwing up the mana curve.
