Goblin tokens (Modern MTG Deck)

After taking a break from Magic for a while, I am now looking to get back into the game after missing it for some time. This was a deck I used a back when it was standard, I looked at improving it back then but never got round to it.

If at all possible I would appreciate any advice on making the deck stronger and more lethal :D
