Simple idea, get dragons out as fast as you can by means of ramps and graveyard digging
Ramps
Elvish Mystic -Good starter card, also great for summoning higher cost spells a bit earlier in the game
Sylvan Caryatid - Defender/mana producer. Useful for summoning rogue mana costs like Silimgar or Ojutai
Shaman of Forgotten Ways - somewhat good Defender and great for dragon Summons
Dragons
Dragonlord Atarka Heavy hitter with a devastating opening ability. Great for clearing out pesky creatures, also a first pick when reviving from the Graveyard.
Dragonlord Kolaghan gives all creatures you control haste, strong attack also
Dragonlord Silumgar More of a defensive creature for this Deck, also just plain fun
Hornet Queen Defensive Creature, buys time to get more dragons out on the battleground.
Atarka, World Render Ojutai, Soul of Winter Powerups for your dragons
Draw/Discard
Tormenting Voice Scout the Borders Use these to Get some high level creatures into the graveyard. Acts as a little shortcut, and gets some needed ramp or land cards in your hands
See the Unwritten a gamble card, but often can be devastating. Both fills graveyard and can potentially add 2 high mana cost creatures on the field
Revivals
Fearsome Awakening Meant for your dragons, great if you can cast it by turn 3 or 4. Allows you to also be more aggressive when attacking with dragons
Necromantic Summons Same basic principles as Fearsome Awakening but also gives you the option of digging into your Opponents graveyard
Rescue from the Underworld An instant recommended to be played on your Opponents end step. Amazing if you already have Atarka or Hornet Queen on the battlefield.
Draw/ Defence
Life's Legacy often use this on Atarka. Sacrifice a big creature for a massive hand draw, then play a revival spell the same turn and get your creature right back on the battlefield.
Winds of Qal Sisma defense for early on the game when you're trying to get your lands/ramps out. Also perfect when doing a full assault with your wasp tokens.
Rough draft deck, let me know what you think. Comments and suggestions always welcome
