This is a UW Mill "Control" deck that is mainly focussed on the new Mill Curse from Hour of Devastation: Fraying Sanity. It uses the card Open the Armory to find it and some other aura's.

This deck tries to control the board and get a lot of triggers on Fraying Sanity by countering, destroying, wiping the board and of course straight milling. Also it plays a lot of cards to dig through the deck like Anticipate.

I've done some testing and it seems like without opponents the deck can win around turn 6/7 by getting 2 Fraying Sanity and a Startled Awake  .

This deck doesn't run any creatures to blank removal from the opponent.

The Prairie Stream could also be replaced by Port Town or Irrigated Farmland or even Meandering River as a budget alternative.

I'm open to suggestions.
