The schtick of this deck is basically to make a Commander version of Pauper RB Reanimator. Olivia, Mobilized for War is perfect for this strategy: She lets you discard cards, which you already want to do, and then she also gives creatures haste and a +1/+1 counter.

There are a bunch of ways to bring big, dumb creatures back from the graveyard to cheat them into play early or bring them back after your opponents thought they had gotten rid of them. There are even a few rituals for some surprise, explosive turns.

Super fun and budget friendly.
