The strategy here is two-fold: slow down your opponents with a tap defense and bulk your army with counters thanks to Mikaeus, the Lunarch.

Step 1: Stop your enemy's attack before it even comes. Cards like Blind Obedience, Citadel Siege and Gideon's Lawkeeper can stop even the mighty Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. For added effect, mix in Gideon Jura, Crackdown and Sunblast Angel .

Step 2: While your tapping buys time, build up an army with Mikaeus. Gideon's Avenger will get nasty will all the tapping, and Abzan Falconer and Ainok Bond-Kin will provide added bonuses. Elite Scaleguard can make for the finishing blow or added defense.

I'm looking for feedback. I realize this isn't the most competitive deck, but I'm open for suggestions that improve the strategy I'm attempting here.
