Getting back into EDH and dusting off an old friend. Any interesting cards I should consider that aren't included?

Any thoughts on the Maybeboard around what should be swapped for what?

I'm not looking to be super competitive, but I'd really like to throw an infect wincon is as a sort of "in case of emergency..." play.
