Goblins come in, get sacrificed, come back, get sacrificed some more, and so on. This deck needs three things : sac outlets (Goblin Sledder, Clickslither, Arms Dealer), things that trigger "when creature dies" (Knucklebone Witch, Thornbite Staff, Mudbutton Torchrunner) and a way to rince and repeat (that's where the commander comes in). That way you can potentially get several benefits from a single sacrifice, and you'll never run out of ammo. And as a bonus : which are the best creatures to sacrifice and bring back over and over again? Those with ETB effects, of course (Goblin Matron, Murderous Redcap, Siege-Gang Commander)! And this isn't mentioning the sheer amount of infinite combos possible with this deck. The most important element for infinite fun is the almighty Thornbite Staff: slap it on Kiki-Jiki or Krenko, then all you need is a creature that can kill itself (Lightning Crafter, Murderous Redcap or Tar Pitcher) and something that benefits from that death (Blood Artist, Knucklebone Witch, Goblin Sharpshooter), or a free sac outlet (Mogg Raider, Clickslither, Goblin Bombardment). Fun fact: Kiki-Jiki doesn't even need the Thornbite Staff if he copies a suicidal Lightning Crafter who champions Kiki-Jiki himself. Truly a control deck, but without blue!

UPDATE : After having had the satisfaction of triggering a great deal of infinite combos with this deck (and losing many friends in the process), I decided that enough was enough, and the key cards (namely Thornbite Staff) were taken out. The deck remains a menace but in the traditional way.
