This deck was built to break the oath breaker format and to show that there can be a competitive side to it. Everything said here is subjective, my own opinion, and this list is not totally optimised; but there are some cool concepts that I will come to.

Oathbreaker makes instant and sorcery cards more powerful than the commander themselves and really if we are looking for the most powerful versions of these cards then we have to look at something that is 0-3 CMC and is the best version of that type of spell. What is more powerful than a tutor? A tutor for any card of course!!! However as we only have 20 life demonic tutor is more powerful than Imp. Seal / Vamp tutor et al.

So the next thing I want to say is that we want our deck as small as possible. This is why every fetch is in here we are allowed, street wraith, and baubles. This is a 47 card deck that looks like a standard 58 library. Why? This is because the smaller the deck we can run then our draws are more consistent. This seems odd when we have a tutor as our signature spell, but remember the cost increases with each use.

So, what are we looking for and how do we win?

1. Basalt Monolith
2. Rings of Brighthearth
3. Initiates of the Ebon Hand
4. Exsanguinate

Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth gives us infinite colourless mana. We then filter this into black through Initiates of the Ebon Hand . When use that to cast Exsanguinate to kill all players at the table.

The rest of the deck is interaction, redundancy incase your signature spell gets too expensive to cast, etc.
