This deck is a mono red deck with a splash of green for Atarka's Command. This deck I built is mainly based around pumping Goblin Piledriver with the other goblin creatures. Here is what is supposed to happen. Turn 1, play Foundry Street DenizenTurn 2, play Dragon Fodder, swing for 3...Turn 3, Play Goblin Piledriver, swing for 5...Turn 4, Play Rabblemaster, swing for 15!

That is just one way to put the winning play! I am gonna explain the main cards I think are my winning conditions..

I know Monastery Swiftspear is not a goblin,, but she is just to good to not use. I have her in there to atk quick and to use her prowess as much as possible. She becomes the winning play if I need to sideboard more burn spells again an opponent.

Goblin Piledriver is a goblin that is a must use in my opinion. His ability to get +2 atk for each attacking goblin is just a bomb. He is the main reason why I decided to create a winning goblin deck.

Good ol' Goblin Rabblemaster, he is definitely one of the best there is to use for a goblin deck. It is unfortunate that he is gonna be rotating out soon, but this card creates goblins and itself attacks with power!

Atarka's Command is an amazing card. I purposely added green just for the use of this card. It is a 2 for 1. What I always use this spell for is to give my creatures +1+1 and deal 3 damage to the opponent's face. It speak's for itself.

Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh is one of my bomb cards. She just needs to deal 3 damage in one turn to flip to her planeswalker's side. This is a card to use when dashing in Goblin Heelcutter and targeting the opponent's creature so he can't block, which target's Chandra to untap after she attacks so she can tap to deal 1 damage to target player to become a planeswalker. Her +1 is just great.
