Here is my idea for an Atraxa deck. I've gone for a full counters theme where I abuse and synergise cards that push forward into gaining as many counters as possible in a short time, then hopefully produce a boardstate where it becomes dominant and oppressive to deal with. I know you shouldn't really just use planeswalkers just for their Ultimates but being able to drop out Liliana, Dreadhorde General with a Doubling Season or Deepglow Skate entering the battlefield afterwards and instantly winning the game from 2 or 3 cards, my opponents will struggle to claw their way back in with a maximum of; 1 land, 1 creature, 1 planeswalker, 1 artifact and 1 enchantment. Down below will be thoughts and reasons for pivotal cards included in this deck.

Progenitor Mimic - Effectively copying any creatures with powerful ways to proliferate like Roalesk, due to the legend rule when the Mimic Copy or the token copy enters I can add 3 +1/+1 counters and having to sacrifice the original to trigger the double proliferate. When the table completes a cycle, Mimic triggers again creating another copy of Roalesk adding the counters and then sacrificing the token copy to trigger the double proliferate. If I were to have Atraxa, that would mean 3 proliferates per turn with 3 +1/+1s added aswell.

Astral Cornucopia + Everflowing Chalice - Any time I would proliferate it will ramp these artifacts up. I would struggle to not put these in. Any consistant ramp is always appreciated.

Herald of Secret Streams - Very very good inclusion when your engine focuses on giving your creatures at least 1 +1/+1 counters, allowing them to bypass any dangerous blockers like ones with Deathtouch that is effectively a spot removal for one of your lethal creatures.

Mirror Image + Altered Ego + Phantasmal Image + Phyrexian Metamorph - These copy creatures like Progenitor Mimic can give a one time full Roalesk ETB and death trigger. Or even doubling all my counters if I were to include Deepglow Skate

Simic Ascendancy - A way to sneakily win out a game that you are targeted out on seeing that it is an Atraxa on the table. If you are able focus on triggering as many counters and profilferates as much as you can to use this as a 'Get out of jail for free' card.
