An Izzet control deck with an alternate win-con of sphinx's tutelage.

FNM Matchups 5-6-16 Top 4, 3-1

Bant Company: Early tutelage and decent removal is an easy win. Post-SB they bring in negates and dispel but you bring in your own negate/dispel and Kozilek's Return, taking out 3x Magmatic Insight and 1x Lightning Axe. Went 2-1

B/G/x Seasons Past: Probably the hardest matchup if they can get off a Seasons Past but if you deny them with tutelage they will have a hard time keeping up. Post SB they bring in Naturalize or Natural State so you bring in 2x Negate 1x Dispel and 2x Roast taking out 4x Fiery Temper and 1x Fall of the Titans . Played this twice, went 2-0 the first time and 1-2 the second time.

W/x Humans: Removal and tutelage are key for early game but beware of Reflector Mage on your jace or Thing in the Ice  . Post SB they take out most removal if they don't see jace or Thing, so bring in 1x Goblin Dark-Dwellers and 1x Kozilek's Return taking out 2x Fevered Visions as they rarely have a hand and you don't want them drawing cards. Went 2-0
