This deck is built around Quicksilver Amulet and uses it to drop some angelic powerhouses. Flame Slash + Intimidation Bolt + Intrepid Hero give some creature control/delay in order to buy time to draw a Enlightened Tutor and drop the amulet. Wheel of Fortune helps unearth the angels.

I am really unsure about what low cost creatures to use, so please comment with suggestions!
