Lazav EDH prototype. Normally play Golgari so I'm new-ish to playing Blue. Very basic build right now and I'm positive it needs a hell of a lot of tuning. Basic idea is to copy the big hitters from either this deck or the opponents and establish control. Counter spells help to keep them on board once they're played. Have Omniscience as kind of a long shot win-con just for shits and giggles.

Any suggestions or inputs are welcome.
