Maybe 4 Ancient Den for Metalcraft enabler?
Ancient Den and the cycle of colored artifact lands have been banned in modern sadly.
Darksteel Citadel however is legal, and Might have a place in this deck.
see i had thought about the Mox Opal but the point of the deck is to kinda draw out my library.... and with that being legendary it can easily become a dead card in my hand... thanks for your comment tho...
ive had batterskull and it didnt seem to flow with the deck... i really really need help with the sideboard....all comments welcome....
ajacobik yea it definetly slows the deck down....i think i need to work two Ethersworn Canonist in the creature main board...
so i found recently that i had some issues against mill.. which was a good thing seeing as how it seems they are really trying to bring mill back ... plus its also a good thing as far as figuring out my side board... i threw 4x Leyline of Sanctity and a Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
Quest for the Holy Relic might be pretty good in here. As might Argentum Armor
user:MR%20H3AT see i dont use Stoneforge Mystic to cheat the equipment into play... i would never want to rely on being able to spend six mana on the Argentum Armor
Semblance Anvil ? Has nice flavor here and it could make anything you want cheaper if you have a surplus.
Quest for the Holy Relic isn't nearly as bad ad Stoneforge Mystic . That is why you only have one in the deck and have 3 or 4 Quest for the Holy Relic so you can pull the card that is appropriate for the situation and then only pull Argentum Armor when you already have Puresteel Paladin on the field when you need it.
user:MR%20H3AT ... my other concern is that i need to play 5 Creatures sometimes i dont do that... ive had several occasions where i have beat somone with my one Puresteel Paladin and thats all i have had... i guess i could always give it a try.....
actually i have won a couple modern tournys locally...
thanks removial is sort of the reason i put in Vapor Snags!!! if i have to game to swap them in and target my puresteel if need be ill take the life loss...
How about Swiftfoot Boots? they seem like they would have a fine place in this deck just like 1 or 2, just to have some maindeck protection against removal. And also gives you a way to keep going with creatures, by giving them haste for 0, you can paradise mantle the turn they come into play. i figured those more than lightning greaves, cause they will almost always be free to equip and you know, hexproof > shroud. Just an idea.
Swiftfoot Boots Sorry forgot to link them :P
JensHedemannMoeller actually i think 3 Swiftfoot Boots might be able to find its way in... its an awesome way to protect Puresteel Paladin
Rewdog that is untrue.. here check this link..

Looks really good. Nice to see a Modern Legal Caw-blade deck that actually is a Caw-blade deck. I would just think about splashing more blue for counters and snags, Though Path to Exile and Oblivion Ring are probably good enough.
Paradise Mantle could probably be swapped with Mox Opal without any issues, could even make the deck a turn faster.
All that's missing now is Batterskull if you think you need it.
