Saw this from you post in SEA! (kids are around, who does work?) : )

Anyway, a couple broad suggestions, mainly just from looking at the cube (which is hard to give suggestions based off):

Try to balance the curve for each color individually, so that each color has something reasonably similar. You can get a good sense by sorting first by color, then by converted cost in tappedout. Hopefully this will lead you to some revelations, like, "Why does green have 12 seven drops??" and "Why does black have 1 two drop?"

I also tried to open a sealed and had a hard time finding enough playables for a two color deck. I'm guessing you want people to mainly build two color decks and not 3+ things. Unfortunately I just had a bunch of unplayable multicolor things. Here's the link: Sealed deck from cube - 2017-04-27 It's probably not as big a deal in draft, where other people will hopefully be passing those.

But anyway! If too many multicolor cards are a problem, maybe try putting in things with off-color abilities or some hybrid cards? Will hopefully help drafters gone wrong find some playables.

Finally - maybe you could cut some artifact removal? It just seems like the only targets are Signets..

And a random request: put in Frostburn Weird! I remember putting an aura on this thing (Pursuit of Flight in particular) and smashing for huge amounts.

It might also be worth looking at articles about the various Ravnica draft formats. Including some of the top commons from those articles sounds like good nostalgia and power points.
