Ok so this looks definitely better than the 5 colored attempt you had! :)

Anyway having 35 Lands is way too much. More than 50 percent of the cards you draw will be Lands, so later in the game when you played all cards you had on your hand your chance of not being able to cast anything will be 50%. Doing absolutely nothing in every second turn will make you loose a game very likely.

Depending on how much mana your spells cost in average you want to play something like 20-24 Lands. If you play more than two colors you absolutely need to play some dual lands. There are very cheap ones, too. They may enter the battlefield tapped but you will not be mana screwed as easy, while still not drawing too many lands.

When i said "play 3 colors or less", maybe i should have mentioned that whenever you play more than one color you need a good reason for that. Even more so if you play 3. A good reason might be some multi colored spell that you really like, or if there is a nice combination of cards that have different colors. A very simple example for a nice combo is Merciless Executioner + Mirror Mockery , which makes your enemy sacrifice a creature every turn you attack with Merciless Executioner while you sacrifice the token you gained by Mirror Mockery.

Personally I would suggest you stick with 2 colors max for the first few decks you build. Maybe buy some Booster Packs first, find a card you especially like and try to build a deck around that card. Try to make your deck good at one or two things by finding cards that work together and like GaryofAshpodel said, if you find a very good card its almost always a good idea to play 4 of it.
