It's up to what results you want. Blood Artist triggers from any creature, but hits only 1 opponent at a time, and Zulaport Cutthroat hits all opponents but only triggers from your creatures. They're both good. It ends up being what works best against your meta.

And again its up to your meta. If you see a lot of the planeswalkers I'd swap for Gaze of Granite. Otherwise I'd keep Pernicious Deed. It ultimately is more mana-saving, and is a good deterrent to opponents even playing anything they don't want destroyed. An alternative is Nevinyrral's Disk which just blows up everything, excluding planeswalkers. Perilous Vault exiles all non-lands if your into that kinda stuff. For post-budget changes, Oblivion Stone is a good choice also.

For imminent threats, destruction on a stick always works. Royal Assassin, Avatar of Woe, Glissa, the Traitor + Thornbite Staff . Or spells: Putrefy, Murder, Abrupt Decay.
