This deck looks really neat! Simic is by far my favorite deck to play. I used to run Simic competitive, but I recently switched it over to EDH and used Ezuri, Claw of Progress of the commander. There are still a bunch of cards I need to get for him, but I hopefully have cards in there that you can use in your deck. By the way, to make the already broken evolve mechanic better, I have another combo for you.

Use Kruphix, God of Horizons and the Experiment Kraj + Gyre Sage infinite combo to get a crap crap crap ton of mana. Then, use it all to monstrosize Hydra Broodmaster for insane amounts of evolve.

Simic decks are meant to be mid-range decks that buff a few creatures a ton and swing for a lot with a few creatures. The thing is, Simic decks normally lose to token generators and decks that focus down certain creatures. Craterhoof Behemoth is insane, as getting it out means gg. If that is too expensive (it is for me) you can use Brawn instead. Which provides constant trample.

Your draw is really really good, but with your infinite mana combo, I have infinite draw for you. A card you should add is Novijen Sages. I run this in my deck and holey guacamole is it good. 1 mana and removing 2 counters (which can super easily be gotten back) gives you 1 draw. Essentially, 1 mana for 1 draw. With you infinite mana combo and Hardened Scales and lorescale coatl, you can draw your whole deck right there. You have infinite mana, so each draw equals 2 counters, which can be taken off for draw, which means they come right back.

P.P.S Thought Vessel is another great card. More max hand size and it gives you mana.

P.P.P.S Voidslime is super duper handy because it can counter abilities. It is picky mana wise, but the ability countering part of it makes it so good.
