multimedia: Proteus Staff is a worse version of Arcum Dagsson but can fetch non-artifact creatures. If the budget is $110 you're still ~$7 under so it becomes a question of what to cut. I could see Thopter Assembly being cut for it possibly, or perhaps one of the situational counterspells. I realize we will be sacing thopters to the Goddess of Etherium but with multiple sources that produce thopters it might be less effective and still costs . I've always been of the idea that if you're not running at least 8 or more counters then it's not really needed to run them (especially with a mana hungry general). Then again having the right counter at the right time could be the difference between winning and losing.

Other possible ideas: Prototype Portal, Mimic Vat, maybe Mirrorworks.

Prototype Portal can make tokens of your artifacts as well as the artifact lands (the lands cost you !).

Mimic Vat can copy the big beasties that inevitably get killed (possibly by Breya's ability).

Mirrorworks because why not have an extra Sol Ring or sub in for Disciple of the Vault + Sculpting Steel + Sharuum the Hegemon ?
