Per instance. So if something causes 3 to go, you get 1 draw. Something else (or different instance/activation of the same thing) will cause another draw. That's why Dakmor Salvage + Skirge Familiar works as an engine.

Elixir of Immortality is good when you're playing a game of regular Magic. Kozilek, Butcher of Truth is here for the combo win. You need him and his reshuffle triggered ability to combo off with something like The Gitrog Monster + Dakmor Salvage + Skirge Familiar + Exsanguinate or Geth's Verdict. There are other combos too, but to be most effective, they need you to reshuffle your graveyard into your deck repeatedly when you go off, and it's better for that reshuffle to be triggered, than from something that has to be recast repeatedly.

The way Abundance works, is you have any land, a discard outlet, and the Commander out:

Discard the land, Commander triggers. Abundance replaced the effect and you choose "Land". Discard the new land card and choose "Land" again to draw. Do this until no lands are in your library. The use Undercity Informer's ability on yourself, making you mill for a land. Since you have none in your library, the whole thing goes to the graveyard. Sure it's not as streamlined as Dakmor Salvage + Skirge Familiar , but having multiple ways to empty your library is helpful.

The only way to get infinite mana in this deck is with Necrotic Ooze once everything is in the graveyard. Otherwise, through play testing the deck I get around 36~ mana with Dakmor Salvage + Skirge Familiar .

But using Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre in the deck is really risky. True, it will generate an arbitrarily larger amount of mana, but you risk losing your graveyard, and therefore your entire fuel, to it. You could propose a shortcut that eventually Ulamog would be the bottom card of your library, or you could draw him instead of dredging. Even then, you wouldn't know when you're gonna draw him unless you're playing with the top card of your library revealed.

All great suggestions! I'll incorporate them later today. I'm trying to find as many combos to abuse this guy with as possible. Haha. For example, Dakmor Salvage + Skirge Familiar .
