MTG Combo: Ashnod's Altar + Juniper Order Ranger + Woodfall Primus

I'm also working on a counter-based list, which you can see here, and I'm still trying to find cards/combos myself. My deck is a little more budget/casual, but here are a few cards I've been looking at which maybe you can consider: Ring of Three Wishes, Fertilid, Mycoloth, Plaxcaster Frogling, Retribution of the Ancients, Myojin of Night's Reach. Also, another infinite combo you could easily add to the deck is Ashnod's Altar + Ghave, Guru of Spores + Juniper Order Ranger with redundancy on the Ranger with Master Biomancer and Cathars' Crusade to make infinite mana and tokens. Further, if you want to include some persist creatures, Glen Elendra Archmage and Woodfall Primus are crazy in a +1+1 counters deck and Primus can also go infinite with Ashnod's Altar + Juniper Order Ranger + Woodfall Primus and co. Your deck has been helpful for me, and I just wanted to give back my own two cents!
