MTG Combo: Alms of the Vein + Collective Brutality

archangelnkd The Alms of the Vein + Collective Brutality combo is a fave of mine in my Rakdos Madness burn deck, but the funny thing about this deck is that I actually want my opponent to play cards. If, for example, I have a Kambal, 2 Authorities, and a Cliffhaven in play (and I have by turn 5 in the past) every creature they play nets me 2 life and costs them 2, while every spell nets me 2 and costs them 3. While the Brutality/Alms combo can drain 5, it's on my mana not theirs, which leaves me less to use on removal in case they get something annoying into play. Besides, I love watching them squirm as their own actions hurt them. Guess I'm a sadist. :-D
