NV_1980 thank you both for the advise. I found 3 more cats in Adorned Pouncer , and Zarichi Tiger but I'm not sure if i have enough forests to make Uktabi Wildcats worth it.

now just looking for cat themed removal if there is any.

There's quite a few jank cards in this list that could be cut for more powerful options; Guardian Lions, Jedit's Dragoons, Jhovall Queen, Kemba's Legion, Lost Leonin, Stonework Puma, Wirecat, Zarichi Tiger, Dazzling Reflection, Jeweled Torque, Divine Light, Lifelink, among others, all are rather weak and have better options.

White Sun's Zenith, Oreskos Explorer, Path of Bravery, Swords to Plowshares, True Conviction, Return to Dust, Oblivion Ring, Mirror Entity, Regal Caracal, Sacred Cat, Spirit of the Hearth, and Seht's Tiger are all examples of much more powerful cards.

Hey guys! Renember a while ago when I opened an Oath of the Gatewatch booster pack and surveyed the contents? (Oh yeah, it's right here!) Well I'm back to do it again, this time with Gatecrash! Let's get started!

For me, I wasn't as involved with MTG as much when Gatecrash was out, and I didn't open as much of the set as I wanted to. However, I still love the set!

I will be evaluating the price of the cards in the pack using TCG MID pricing, as well as a few of my own opinions on some of the cards opened!

I spent $3.54 on this pack, so that is our goal!

COMMONS Show

Syndic of Tithes ($0.15)

Shadow Alley Denizen ($0.15) I believe this saw play in Standard?

RESULTS Show

Well, we did bad. Really bad. The value of the entire pack was a measly $2.60, about $0.92 under what I paid. Next time remind me to not buy Gatecrash again for a very, very, very long time! XD

i would personally drop the Zarichi Tiger for elixers, as the tiger wont shuffle destroyed cats back into your library for later use.

Love the idea...I'm thinking of something similar. Cards you might want to add:Ajani's Pridemate Enlightened Ascetic Felidar Cub Felidar Sovereign Jareth, Leonine Titan Leonin Arbiter Leonin Den-Guard Leonin Elder Leonin Snarecaster Oreskos Swiftclaw Skyhunter Skirmisher Taj-Nar Swordsmith (rather than stonehewer giant) Trained Caracal Vanguard of Brimaz Zarichi Tiger and one or all three Ajanis--Ajani Goldmane Ajani Steadfast Ajani, Caller of the Pride

I'd ditch the Zarichi Tiger for two more Ajani's Pridemate or Healer of the Pride. I think Healer of the Pride would work especially well here if you're getting a ton of cat tokens from Ajani, Caller of the Pride and White Sun's Zenith.
