It looks like a couple of cards have gone up in price in this deck - especially Elves of Deep Shadow . You can get it back down close to $5 by subbing in Viridian Acolyte .

well Viridian Acolyte is terrible. He does not ramp you at all. He just turns mana of one color into another -- which I guess might be okay since you are running 4 colors on a budget. But I would say Utopia Sprawl is 20x better. Still a 1 drop. still gives any color. actually ramps you. harder to remove as it is an enchantment.

But against goblins, anything that provides mass removal at a reasonable price -- which in your list would be Crux of Fate. Ideally, you would have Anger of the Gods, Slagstorm, Languish, Damnation, Pyroclasm, or Electrickery in your sideboard to deal with aggressive lists. Some of those might even be main-boardable given the high toughness of some of your creatures and their ability to live through some of those wipes.

i would drop cards like Sepulchral Primordial, Omnath, Locus of Rage, Dragon Hatchling, Destructor Dragon and Hunted Dragon

for cards like 1-2 Temur Ascendancy, 1-2 Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury and some color fixing creatures like Rattleclaw Mystic/Shaman of Forgotten Ways/Sylvan Caryatid/Beastcaller Savant/Viridian Acolyte

also i highly suggest between 2-3 Haven of the Spirit Dragon

Good to see some mono-green wolves. Is there a reason Viridian Acolyte is in here? Since you're not running any other colors, it doesn't actually do anything and could just as easily be Llanowar Elves or the more on-theme Ulvenwald Captive  ^Flip. Some other cards with potential synergy here are Duskwatch Recruiter  ^Flip, Howlpack Resurgence, and Moonlight Hunt.
