Interesting build. I would add a couple of 2-cost cards, for those hand where you start with a Forest and Avacyn's Pilgrim and not much else. Maybe Veteran Cathar or Skyblade of the Legion? Or some extra removal?

Go down some basics for Stirring Wildwood, New Benalia, Secluded Steppe, and Tranquil Thicket? Temple of the False God is also a possibility along with Desert of the Indomitable and Desert of the True. If there is any way to discard cards reliably, Riftstone Portal seems like a good choice. Growing Rites of Itlimoc  Flip, Veteran Cathar, Duskwatch Recruiter  Flip, Karametra, God of Harvests, Oketra's Monument, Rhonas's Monument, Collective Blessing, Beastmaster Ascension, and Zendikar Resurgent all seem like good options. Krosan Grip, Return to Dust, and Swords to Plowshares are things I would definitely throw in if you can afford the extra few bucks.

Thanks for the suggestion, I decided to take out Veteran Cathar for Metallic Mimic, Samut, Voice of Dissent for Oketra the True, 2 Haze of Pollen for 2 Blessed Alliance, 1 Immolating Glare for another Cast Out, Faithbearer Paladin for Heron's Grace Champion . I also added 2 Appetite for the Unnatural, 2 Clip Wings to my side board.

Veteran Cathar might be a wincon when your creatures are beefed up.

Tuskguard Captain, Ainok Bond-Kin, and maybe Abzan Battle Priest or Veteran Cathar. Now that I think about it, double strike could be great in this deck. Double Cleave and Duelist's Heritage for that.

Welcome on T/O! Saw you just joined here.

Hope you will experience lots of interesting decks, new ideas and some good feedback on what you have build.

After reviewing your decklist, I came up with a several possible cuts. Based on your question as of which creatures to cut:

How heavy do you want to focus on the human side? and if you're going to try +1 counters as well (with Cathars' Crusade), might want to lean more towards that, e.g Hardened Scales, Inspiring Call, Retreat to Kazandu, Reap What Is Sown. If not, maybe best to remove it.

I tried full-humie with my EDH Karametra's Cornucopia and there is a lot of synergy there, but some really jump out like Abzan Falconer (counters), Borderland Ranger (filter/ramp), Champion of the Parish (counters), Courageous Outrider(draw/filter), Elite Scaleguard (counters), Heron's Grace Champion (this one is seriously bad-ass), Karametra's Acolyte (ramp), Knight of the White Orchid (ramp), Mentor of the Meek (draw), Riders of Gavony (protection), Steward of Valeron (ramp), Veteran Cathar (double strike).

Ah and Village Bell-Ringer is hilarious.

As for possible cuts; Commander's Sphere, Abzan Ascendancy, Sylvan Caryatid, Assemble the Legion (it's really cool but I've never managed to get much value out of it), and if you decide not to keep the +1 counter sub-theme, probably also take out Kresh the Bloodbraided and Mikaeus, the Lunarch.
