Oh yeah. Because you're playing both White and Green and Red and not playing many artifacts or many enchantments, I think you'd be better off playing mass artifact and enchantment hate than playing many artifacts or enchantments yourself (As well as Land Destruction, because it's an option and goes hand in hand with Artifact hate). Good examples are Broken Bond, Dust to Dust, (keep Artifact Mutation), Deconstruct, Gleeful Sabotage, Mwonvuli Acid-Moss, Tel-Jilad Justice, Tribute to the Wild, Ancient Grudge, By Force, Decimate, Fiery Confluence, Fissure Vent, Shattering Spree, Vandalize, Devastating Dreams, Incendiary Command, Rubble Reading, Scorched Earth, Volcanic Awakening, Volcanic Offering, Yawning Fissure. You don't have to play all of those cards, but because you're playing Tymna the Weaver, everyone will want to kill you as quickly as possible regardless, so using these cards will not damage your reputation much anyway.

Hi! I was directed her from your forum post, so I'll just comment here if that's ok :)
I'm assuming you might run around 36 lands, which will put the decklist as 92 cards, giving you room for 8 more. I haven't really seen Temur Merfolk as a thing. So I was pretty surprised when I first saw it. But this looks cool. This list has the potential to be very, very explosive and quick, probably giving you the ability to knock 1-2 opponents out of the game very quickly.
I would say Vanquisher's Banner , Temur Ascendancy , Murkfiend Liege , Surgespanner , and added card draw for the late game will really help. You have access to Red, so you can use Reforge the Soul and Blasphemous Act and Vandalize effects.

I think Dragonshift will be amazing for turning all those wizards into flying 4/4 dragons and could potentially be a big game-winner.

Reworked the deck to fit a playset of Pillage , as well as a 2-of of Eternal Witness for some recursion. Vandalize is definitely a flex slot, but I can't think of another good 1-of, and the ability to hit an artifact and a land, which can be two lands with LMC, is pretty cool.
Going to playtest it tonight. Might have to fix the landbase to make it easier to hit for Pillage , but it will definitely be worth it.

I had the same problem in my first deck which was a landfall deck. I had a lot of big creatures but most of mine were 6 drops just like my commander. Therefore im missed the mana to do more than just 1 thing in each turn.
What I'm missing in your deck are rampcards. You have ramp in the form of Signets and a few cards such as Rampant Growth and Kodama's Reach but its too little for what your have on creatures and you have green in your commander and that's the best color to fix your manabase.
I have some suggestions for your deck but keep im not great at building decks myself so some others might find better cards for your but im trying to help you. So here are some cards I would suggest, don't add all of them but just to give you an idea of what is possible:
To search for Basic lands/lands:
For creatures I don't really see a trend in what your idea is with. Maybe if you could explain that, I can help you with it. What I am seeing is that you have a few big ones but you need to wait so they can do something. A few nice creatures which are always nice:
-Avenger of Zendikar Good with your beastmaster ascension
-Solemn Simulacrum (Often used in EDH)
Some extra suggestions:
-Myriad Landscape for some extra basics
-Terramorphic Expanse Same as evolving the wilds
-Sol Ring Often used in EDH
Cards I would remove or change for something better since it does too little in EDH or your deck:
-Vandalize for Vandalblast Land destruction is not really needed in EDH and this lets your destroy 1 artifact for 1 red and overload it to destroy all artifacts for the same manacost. Even your own artifacts are safe with this one since its "you don't control"
-Lava Spike Change this for a ramp card, it does too little in your deck
-Ongoing Investigation Bit of a random card in my opinion in your deck
