Well... I would definetly try to tinker a Little around,to be honest I don't think the deck will work out like this,you have way to few lands as most decks run around 35-37 normally and with a manaintensive tribe like Dragons it could also go up to 39.
so I will give some cut suggestions:
Dragon Fodder + Krenko's Command the early blocker aren't worth that much,most of the time,I would advice to get additional ramp to get your Dragons out faster so maybe try out Cultivate + Kodama's Reach with some added basiclands
Now to the heartbraking part to cut some Dragons(40+ creatures is already extreme) if you want to keep some for your flavour it isn't wrong I just want to help to improve your expirience with the deck.
Freejam Regent not enough artifact's to utilize the improvise mechanic so kinda overcosted
Knollspine Dragon drawing Cards is nice but if I'm not wrong Kindred Discovery was in this precon and it will probably help more then this,as you would Need a boardpresence before casting it to deal dmg
Progenitus it's really hard to cast and not even a Dragon...
Shivan Dragon one of the most iconic cards of magic...but it's kinda bad in this time,where creatures can be way more powerful then this
Vampiric Dragon overcosted and not that strong in itself
Volcanic Dragon underwhelming…
I know that it seems harsh to Judge some of your decisions but bear with me.
What would I add:
Many lands already said what was normal for most EDH decks also rampspells to get your big beaters out a couple of turns earlier
Removal would also help greatly.

Looking at the deck I have a few criticisms. You have a lot of creatures doing different things, which can be bad in the end. For example, Champion of Rhonas ability to cheat cards in really foils the effect of Tyrant of Valakut Since the Surge cost is the effect you should be after with it. Other cards face similar issues Heart-Piercer Manticore isn't really worth adding to the deck since none of your creatures are expendable enough, asides from itself due to the Embalm effect. Naga Vitalist and Beastcaller Savant are both very useful manadorks but in this deck it doesn't really help as your mana spread is 2-4 drop ranges. It's useful, but not completely necessary. I would rather fit in x3 Channeler Initiates to fill instead. 2-drops that get bigger every time you dork. Sin Prodder seems to work against you. As you have no means of graveyard play to really make it shine. And as a result any opponent with decks with lifegain just stop you from having anything. Sylvan Advocate is not a card that helps your deck in any way. There is no Land Creatures in your deck. The 4/5 looks nice but as a late game drop it's not helping your game too much. Outland Boar isn't doing your deck much either. I would replace it with Greater Sandwurm It's pretty much the same card, it hits harder and you can cheat it in with Champion of Rhonas and if we think along those lines Oracle's Vault would be a great add with Lifecrafter's Bestiary to get to Scry the top of your Library to gauge what you'll cheat or if you're willing to deal with the exile if you can't afford. Voltaic Brawler doesn't work either. You're unable to supply it with more energy counters so it's really only effective for two turns. Not really worth it in my opinion.
You're going to need more Champion of Rhonas, Ahn-Crop Crasher (To stop blockers from your beatdowns), one more Glorybringer, and one more Soul-Scar Mage(it can synergize well with a large portion of your deck.)
Creatures of note that I recommend adding or looking into:
Combat Celebrant - It gets you another combat phase and untaps your already exerted creatures. Yay! So much aggro!
Aetherwind Basker may cost 7 but it has trample and gains Energy like mad. You could even run Voltaic Brawler if you want to use this creature, and you can cheat it in too! And You can frequently use Lightning Runners (if you want to add it) and its effect to great use. More combat phases means more hurting your opponent.
Lightning Runner as stated before.
Khenra Charioteer 3/3 3cost Trampler that gives trample to other creatures you control? I'd consider this one big time.
That was creatures. Now for Instants/Sorceries/Enchantments/Artifacts
Heart of Kiran isn't helping, you are forced to tap a creature to Crew it and as an aggro deck with so many large beasties, it's not much worth in your deck besides its very low cost and flying. Heck, there's not enough creatures you'd want to man the thing such as pilots who do things when they are tapped. I would go for some card cheating such as Oracle's Vault instead.
You're lacking a fair portion of Instants and Sorceries to make better use of Soul-Scar Mage But that's fine as you have a portion of creatures that deal damage to opponents creatures, But you want to take advantage of the mage through Instants and sorceries. Monstrous Onslaught, Chandra's Revolution, Hungry Flames, Furious Reprisal, Pyromancer's Assault, Devour in Flames, Boulder Salvo, Blazing Volley, more Sweltering Suns
I'd Run Blazing Volley since it does damage to each creature opponent controls. Paired with Soul-Scar Mage it would become devastating. Anything that Burns for 4 is the sweetspot for damage, as many newer creatures seem to have that much toughness. and it badly cripples any creature with higher toughness if Soul-Scar is out.
I would also look into finding more cards that untap creatures you control as it would really power up your game.

Stormbreath Dragon absolutely destroys control players and decks with a lot of card draw, plus he's great against white.
Hellkite Charger allows all your dragons to attack twice in a single turn, and if you have thirteen mana on the board you can do this the turn you play it without warning.
Flameblast Dragon is an awesome mana sink that removes potential blockers and hits the face for extra.
Fiery Confluence is your toolbox spell that lets you do whatever you need to with it; wipe board, finish off opponents, or wreck problematic artifacts.
Ryusei, the Falling Star is a delayed boardwipe on a stick that opponents will think twice about killing.
Dragonmaster Outcast is a cheap way to gain massive value in the mid-to-lategame, constantly pumping out 5/5 dragons.
Warstorm Surge is extra removal and face damage upon one of your creatures entering the battlefield.
Fire Diamond is a cheap mana rock early on so you can accelerate into your costly dragons.
Tyrant of Valakut is a pretty awesome dragon that gets better if you've played something else in the turn.
Hoard-Smelter Dragon is another way to eliminate pesky artifacts.

@tydeorum they are for the surge to cast Tyrant of Valakut for 2 less mana. This is not a good deck.

Looks good, +1. Why no Draconic Roar? Haven of the Spirit Dragon could also be good for mana fixing and recursion. Foul-Tongue Invocation good against R/G Ramp and Avacyn-fueled indestructible attacks among other things. As for fliers, you could also use Mirrorwing Dragon, Avaricious Dragon, Boltwing Marauder, Hangarback Walker and possibly fuel a turn 3 Thunderbreak using Dragonlord's Servant. With the ramp Dragon Whisperer can also have flying whenever needed. Just to be inclusive, Tyrant of Valakut is nice with cheap spells to surge out and take out a creature, and Dragon Tempest is slow for burn or non-dragon heavy builds, but speeds up with mostly dragons lacking haste and also features a ping bonus.

@Dahhahm As you can see in the Update, I ran into nearly exactly what SmartyMarty Said with Siege Dragon and did some major changes (however this is now no longer my Real-life deck since the total acquire list is a bit much for my current budget. See Current Deck Here )
As you can see, I took your previous Advice, and welcome any future advice as well. I'll probably drop the Artifact leaning in the future for something else (which will at the very least remove all: Ensoul Artifact, Darksteel Citadel and maybe the Ornithopters )
I should look more into surge effect cards as well. I'm not as keen on Tyrant of Valakut (though I'll add to the maybe) since it's surge cost (with the other spell) is still likely to total the same as Siege Dragon's normal cost for a similar effect.
