Unfortunately, Mazzy won't get to exile the card in this specific situation. Twinblade Invocation Flip says it goes to exile instead of the graveyard, meaning it never touches the graveyard and Mazzy's second ability won't trigger.
However, if we were talking about a Boon Satyr that went to the graveyard as an aura or a Soul Seizer Flip that went as Ghastly Haunting Flip then yes this would work, because Mazzy, Truesword Paladin's ability says you can cast "that card" and doesn't care whether it still happens to be an aura.

If a card like Twinblade Geist Flip has been recast as Twinblade Invocation Flip, can you cast the Twinblade Geist Flip side of the card once exiled with Mazzy, Truesword Paladin ?
