Coward_Token, I also am very surprised that True Love's Kiss is not in the Valentine's Day Secret Lair, since it would obviously be a perfect match for that set.

Here's a few suggestions to get started with cutting.
Candlelight Vigil (use Sentinel's Eyes instead)
A few others to consider: Serra Ascendant as well as Felidar Guardian
Light of Hope fits your themes as well
Aetherflux Reservoir can be a wincon as well as slow your casting life loss
Endless Atlas and Well of Lost Dreams for card draw
Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves for commander protection

Wesley as a farm boy: Diligent Farmhand. Not Modern legal, but...
Castle Ardenvale or any of the other Eldraine castles.
Unruly Mob is the mob that had to be dispersed before storming the castle.
Of course, they did have to Storm the Citadel.
Consign to the Pit (of despair). Or you could use Death Pits of Rath.
There is Quicksand in the Cinder Marsh (fire swamp). Cinder Marsh is not modern legal, so you could use Cinder Barrens or Smoldering Marsh.
The whole thing is told by a storyteller, so you could include Lagonna-Band Storyteller, which synergizes with Happily Ever After. Also, Into the Story or Tome Scour?
Perhaps True Love's Kiss?
They did fetch horses at the end: Crested Sunmare, Diamond Mare, Wandermare or Shield Mare.

TriusMalarky I have brought dishonor to my family haha. For real though, all of my other fetches are in other decks. It's not that I didn't think of putting them in. It's more that they are expensive and serve better purposes in other decks.
True Love's Kiss is in the deck specifically for when I have Stony Silence in play and can win through an Aetherflux Reservoir. It's not the best option by any means, but more of a pet card.
Island Sanctuary looks amazing for this deck. I have never heard of that card. Thanks for the suggestion!

And you're not running all the fetches? I though this was shuffle.dec with a hatebear element. You make me sad. Add more fetches!
Also, I'm unsure if True Love's Kiss is actually good here. I would think it's a bit slow for an effect that there are hundreds of better versions of, or even just a handful of better cards that still draw you a card. But, then again, the card might be good here.
Have you considered Island Sanctuary? It seems to me that you can just get whatever creature you need for the most part, so losing a draw step hurts less. It's also not necessary to use, so you can just sit there and not use it.

Thought I'd drop a few white card draw spells that are missing on your list. All of the "Draw a card" portions are secondary, but I am usually willing to pay an extra mana to get that replacement effect.

I would play some cheaper spells in this deck. You're playing so many 4 mana spells, so why not play Pearl Medallion, Marble Diamond, Mind Stone and Coldsteel Heart? That optimizes your chances of playing your 4 drops a turn early. Some other recommendations: Cartographer's Hawk, Verge Rangers, Extraplanar Lens, Unbreakable Formation and Mentor of the Meek. Some suggestions for cuts are the lifegain synergies such as Heliod and Words of Worship, which don't seem very well supported, as well as True Love's Kiss, which is just inefficient.

True Conviction is a good card to give your entire board double strike and lifelink.
Crush Contraband is a cheaper Return to Dust style of removal spell.
True Love's Kiss is similar in cost but instead of killing two things it draws you a card.
Endless Atlas can be a good source of card draw in mono color decks.
Archetype of Courage will give your board first strike.
