Titania's Chosen Discussion

Came here from Reddit, gonna make some cut suggestions so you can fix your lands.
With so few lands that Zendikar's Roil isn't really doing anything for you. So I'd see that as a safe card to remove.Siege Behemoth, while a good card, is ultimately unnecessary in Elfball decks. I might also consider taking out Titania's Chosen as it doesn't really give much to the deck in terms of utility. By itself it's a 1/1 no evasion dude with no ways to really give it evasion. Sylvan Safekeeper isn't doing you any favors, either. Its utility is land-sac, something you don't want to do with only 24 lands. Maybe cut a few of your basic land search cards. You have almost as many ways to get basic lands as you do basic lands. Remember Freyalise makes mana dorks, so you'd be safe cutting a couple. Since you're ramping early I'd say a safe cut could be found in Lifespring Druid
Hedron Archive with so many other mana sources is effectively draw two cards for six mana, horribly inefficient.
Now to suggest some cards to put in the deck after you fix your land situation. All of the creatures suggested here are elves. And apart from Kindred Discovery, they're all fairly cheap.
Harmonize - Draw 3 for 4 mana. It's great.
Kindred Discovery - Name elf and draw for days.
Master Biomancer - Starts out by giving your incoming creatures 2 +1/+1 counters, but with Ezuri that number grows exponentially.
Rashmi, Eternities Crafter - Gives your smaller cards a little more value, or your big stuff a lot more value.
Sages of the Anima - In a creature focused deck this card is a bomb.

Cards to take out: Lightning Bolt is pretty weak in Commander; Magma Spray same; Tribute to the Wild should be Krosan Grip in my opinion but making each opponent sac isn't bad either; Hostile Desert you want lands to come back and they don't do that from exile; Dictate of the Twin Gods is iffy it can bite you in the butt; Amulet of Vigor not seeing enough tapped cards to make this worth it; Titania's Chosen; Naga Vitalist should be Arbor Elf or Llanowar Elves or Birds of Paradise; Mycoloth and Inferno Titan don't really fit the theme
Cards to add: Gruul Signet, Solemn Simulacrum, Talisman of Impulse, Rite of the Raging Storm, Swiftfoot Boots, Lightning Greaves, Ramunap Excavator, Burgeoning, Reforge the Soul, Explore, Thran Dynamo, Mind Stone, Rishkar's Expertise
All suggestions of course

If you go through the linked article he explains a lot of the wheres and whys, first develops it into elf deck, then a better deck with more money, then finally "take out the worst 15 elves and put these in" which is the land stuff.
Elves kept: Caller of the Claw; Elvish Archdruid; Elvish Harbinger; Essence Warden; Fierce Empath; Immaculate Magistrate; Imperious Perfect; Joraga Warcaller; Lys Alana Huntmaster; Oracle of Mul Daya; Wellwisher; Wren's Run Packmaster; Yeva, Nature's Herald.
Elves lost: Arbor Elf; Birchlore Rangers; Elvish Mystic; Elvish Visionary; Ezuri, Renegade Leader; Farhaven Elf; Heritage Druid; Joraga Treespeaker; Llanowar Elves; Priest of Titania; Reclamation Sage; Timberwatch Elf; Titania's Chosen; Wirewood Channeler; Wood Elves.
Collective Unconscious got kicked for Shamanic Revelation, and Swiftfoot Boots for Lightning Greaves, just personal preference. The fella was cost conscious so I added to the manabase (Gaea's Cradle, Wooded Foothills, Windswept Heath, Verdant Catacombs and Misty Rainforest (basically the Forest Fetchlands and Cradle).

first wave of cuts: Unbridled Growth does literally nothing in mono-green, Prophetic Prism same reason, Karametra's Favor don't need. also anything that is giving you energy you dont need it. unless you have some pay off for energy there is no point in running those
things to add (this is a long list so obviously just pick things up as you can. also not all of this will fit in but this is all good stuff):Arbor Elf, Allosaurus Rider, Birchlore Rangers, Bow of Nylea, Cultivate, Devoted Druid, Drove of Elves, Druid of the Cowl, Eladamri, Lord of Leaves, Elvish Archdruid, Elvish Champion, Elvish Harbinger, Elvish Mystic, Elvish Promenade, Elvish Vanguard, Everglove Courier, Explosive Vegetation, Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Fyndhorn Elder, Gaea's Herald, Gladehart Cavalry, Glissa Sunseeker, Greatbow Doyen, Green Sun's Zenith, Greenweaver Druid, Gyre Sage, Heritage Druid, Harmonize, Hunting Triad, Immaculate Magistrate, Imperious Perfect, Joraga Treespeaker, Joraga Warcaller, Llanowar Elves, Llanowar Mentor, Lys Alana Bowmaster, Lys Alana Huntmaster, Masked Admirers, Nissa, Vastwood Seer Flip, Nissa's Pilgrimage, Norwood Priestess, Nullmage Shepherd, Nylea, God of the Hunt, Oran-Rief, the Vastwood, Priest of Titania, Realm Seekers, Reclamation Sage, Rishkar, Peema Renegade, Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary, Tajuru Preserver, Talara's Battalion, terrastodon, Thornweald Archer, Titania's Chosen, Viridian Shaman, Wellwisher, Wildslayer Elves, Winnower Patrol, Wirewood Elf, Wren's Run Packmaster, Yeva, Nature's Herald
(takes giant breath)
yeah.. its a lot of stuff. I got a little carried away.. also this is not a budgeted list of suggestions. you will need some of the $3-10 cards to make elves a serious threat.

I would suggest these cuts:
- Craterhoof Behemoth - You don't need the behemoth. Your general's ability used twice is almost as good. Better to put complimenting effects in the deck rather then effects that mirror your general.
- Drove of Elves - boring, just a big dude
- Thunderfoot Baloth - not an elf, the trample is meh since your general gives trample, and the anthem effect is ok, but you already have 7 and your general gives +3 +3
- Green Sun's Zenith - great for once you have built the deck and want to improve it. Add it later.
- Worldly Tutor - great for once you have built the deck and want to improve it. Add it later.
- Lead the Stampede
- Shamanic Revelation
- Skullclamp is draw but might not be good since your creatures won't die reliably due to anthem effects
- Elvish Vanguard is just a dude that gets big - not exciting
- Titania's Chosen is just a dude that gets big
- Joraga Treespeaker is fun, and can be strong, but probably too slow if you want the deck to be fast

Hey, I think you could take advantage of having access to black and little more here.
Things I'd cut would be Garruk, Apex Predator, Desert Twister, Whirlwind, Gilt-Leaf Winnower, Frontier Guide, Titania's Chosen and Sylvan Ranger. These are just the easiest I saw to cut atleast. Hope that helps !

This deck is just screaming for Cloudstone Curio
I also prefer Ivy Lane Denizen to Elvish Vanguard as it allows you to diversify your threats. If you are set on making sure you can make one big fatty - Titania's Chosen might still be better then vanguard since it will trigger for every green spell including your opponents.

So first, I would say that you want creatures (or a creature) to be big so that Zegana comes in large as well. For that you would probably want to look at green. Managorger Hydra, Predatory Hunger, Mold Adder, Quirion Dryad, Titania's Chosen, and Forgotten Ancient are all cheap creatures that you don't really have to do much for.
From that point, Prime Speaker Zegana will draw you cards. I think you should abuse her ETB through cards like Displace, Essence Flux, Ghostly Flicker, Nephalia Smuggler and such to also help her dodge spells.
Obviously there are a lot of expensive cards that do things that I have suggested like Doubling Season or Conjurer's Closet. You seem to have the rest of the deck down pretty well with the Clone type effects.
