So with WAR, we got a new interesting character that I'd love to see get a legendary creature card. She has been printed at three different ranks within the boros and has been quoted on two more. I'm speaking of Mileva.
As we can see from Tenth District Guard , she was born and grew up in the tenth. She outgrew it but still loves her home district. This is what we learn from Tenth District Veteran . She has some kind of dry humor, compare Devkarin Dissident and Lazotep Behemoth . And Tajic trusts her a lot, as his quote on Tenth District Legionnaire shows.
I've been wondering if we might get her as a legendary creature soon, as WotC has been doing a great job lately in giving beloved characters great cards (I'm looking at you, Feather, the Redeemed ).
What do think her card would look like? I do have various ideas, but don't want to influence you by already putting two many of them into my initial post.

Ministrant of Obligation Is a very decent card to run in the Mainboard. I suggest this over Tenth District Veteran
