I get that Minotaurs don't have a lot of creatures to choose from, but you're running a lot of cards that are just plain bad. Talruum Champion, Emberhorn Minotaur, and so on are cards that perform really poorly in EDH. I'd advise adding a few more rocks and maybe some psuedo-draw that doesn't increase cards in your hand like Frontier Siege and vance's blasting cannons

Minotaurs (Battle Cattle)

Just because something is a Minotaur doesn't mean you need to run it. For example, you could drop Borderland Minotaur, which doesn't bring much to the table, for Archetype of Finality, which is another Felhide Petrifier. Remember that the buffs your Minotaurs get aren't given to Mogis, so try Conspiracy to fix that. Talruum Champion can be replaced with Ondu Champion, and if you can find room for them try running Berserkers' Onslaught, Rakdos, Lord of Riots, Impact Tremors, and Tail Slash.
