If you want another conviction tryout Sun Clasp it is the same card and can help the deck be pushed a little faster

Hey, I'm an experienced Tiana pilot and would love to help! ( my deck link here ).

The first thing I would change is Wrath of God and Blasphemous Act because creature-only board wipes destroy the creatures, then the auras, so Tiana won't trigger for any of your auras. But board wipes like Hour of Revelation , Day of Reckoning, End Hostilities , Nevinyrral's Disk , Cataclysmic Gearhulk , Tragic Arrogance etc would make Tiana trigger on your auras. You could put in Auratog or Faith Healer so you respond to creature-only board wipes, or put in indestructible stuff like Hammer of Nazahn , Shielded by Faith , Kytheon, Hero of Akros  ^Flip etc.

Bludgeon Brawl has cool synergy with Tiana, because if Vandalblast , Scrap Mastery , Hour of Revelation etc are cast, then Tiana will trigger on your artifacts too. And if you include this, consider adding artifacts that sacrifice themselves like Unstable Obelisk , Commander's Sphere , Boros Locket , Boros Cluestone , Orazca Relic .

Along with self-sacrificing artifacts, I loved the idea of self-sacrificing auras and recycling them over and over with Tiana, especially with Sigil of the Empty Throne or Ajani's Chosen on the battlefield. Auras like Capashen Standard , Mortal Obstinacy , Flamespeaker's Will , Brand of Ill Omen , Sun Clasp , Weight of Conscience , Bound by Moonsilver , Lunarch Mantle , Uncontrolled Infestation , Inferno Fist , Guilty Conscience etc.

Other than the aforementioned cards, I'll also mention Mistmeadow Skulk which dodges board wipes, the new Swiftblade Vindicator and Smothering Tithe , Fabled Hero and other heroic cards that benefit from the aura recycling, Forgeborn Oreads and Scroll of the Masters and Mesa Enchantress for the aura recycling, Ethereal Armor , Helm of the Gods , Heavenly Blademaster , Laccolith Rig is stupid but fun, Heirloom Blade because RW sucks at draw (except this deck if you add auras that draw).

If I wanted to cut some cards from your deck, I would start with Order since it's 4 mana for a really narrow removal spell, and 3 mana to do something that odric or angelic skirmisher do (which is creatures so can be brought back into the game easier). Kwende, Pride of Femeref is essentially a 4/4 for 4 mana and is only useful for Tiana. Kitsune Mystic isn't needed with all the sacrificing and such. Authority of the Consuls and Godsend and Basilisk Collar isn't that impactful for an aggro strategy. Whispersilk Cloak gives shroud which isn't the best for a deck all about auras and equipment. Chariot of Victory isn't that good and doesn't add any power. And I would take out as many tapped lands as you don't mind, they slow down decks way too much, add Battlefield Forge .

Peoyogon: I was originally looking for Hubris type effects, but those just reset your opponents auras too. Peel from Reality and AEther Tradewinds bounce two creatures instead of one, and Sun Clasp isnt dead in normal situations. It also can be tutored for by Totem Guide and HP. These are just ruff ideas of course, but I hope they will help none the less :)

P.S. Hubris effects might still not be bad, as your opponent can be cajolled into using it on other creatures, and you have protection enchantments also.

P.P.S. There is an unsummon that also returns white enchantments to peoples hands. It (just might) only effect yours. I would recommend finding this card :)

Against Xenagod, I have:

Darksteel Mutation, Chained to the Rocks, Sun Clasp, Pariah, Soul Tithe, and Frenzied Fugue

But I agree that few of these work when he's still just an Indestructible Enchantment, and my best play would probably be to politic him into hitting someone else, or politicing someone else to deal with him for me. Not great options, but the deck is good at that sort of convincing.

I think that your deck could do without some of your lifegain sorceries. Cards like Alms of the Vein, Last Caress, and Vampiric Touch don't have a big enough impact to be worth including, particularly if you are playing a group game.

If you are looking to make the most of your extort cards, you could try to find engines that will give you increasing value over the course of the game. Whitemane Lion, Kor Skyfisher, Conviction, and Sun Clasp can all return themselves to your hand, giving you multiple opportunities to get extort triggers.

Unfortunately, Inquisitor Exarch and Orzhov Guildmage have never been printed as commons so you can't use them as part of your 99 (assuming this deck is meant for paper play, since I don't know about the alternate rarities in online formats).

Okay, I've played around with this some more and am working out some ideas.

These comments are in reference to my own hexproof deck: Godzilla and trying to learn from Wahrghoul84's experiences and hopefully provide what little insight I can.

So, finally, in some way, I agree. You don't need Utopia Sprawl unless you're playing 3+ casting cost spells. Since you aren't it's probably more a hindrance than an advantage. So I bow to your wisdom here.

As far as types of enchantments, I've recently replaced Abzan Runemark and Leafcrown Dryad with Rancor, Hyena Umbra and Spider Umbra and noticed a marked improvement. My hand is now coming down into play where I used to sit on cards. So, again, I also bow to your wisdom here.

But here is where I'm diverging. So far, I prefer Aura Gnarlid, Kruphix's Insight and Ancestral Mask to Angelic Gift and Kor Skyfisher. I realize you get some speed and card drawing from Angelic Gift and Kor Skyfisher, but the hammer you can put down mid-game with Aura Gnarlid, Kruphix's Insight and Ancestral Mask is immense. And if you can couple an Aura Gnarlid with an umbra, it gets really ugly for your opponent fast.

It was pretty common in my playtesting to be attacking with a 1/1 hexproof, a 10/10 hexproof and an 8/8 unblockable umbra'd Aura Gnarlid on turn five. But that was only all possible with some combination of Aura Gnarlid, Kruphix's Insight and Ancestral Mask. But I admit, this is probably the key difference between a full aggro hexproof deck and a mid-game hexproof deck. And for now, I am willing to settle for the latter.

So that said, I get the idea behind Kor Skyfisher to attack quickly, but I struggle with why you're playing Angelic Gift. You can use it to draw a card. Fine. But flying doesn't really get you anything on it's own and since your're not playing Ancestral Mask, Aura Gnarlid or Yavimaya Enchantress your enchantment count isn't critical. It would seem like for just drawing a card, Frog Tongue is better because it's cheaper.

Overall, I feel like you'd be better off just playing a good enchantment. I feel like Briar Shield, Lunarch Mantle, Favor of the Overbeing, Glaring Aegis or Sun Clasp are better options. So far you've had far better ideas than mine, so what am I missing here?
