If you're looking to bounce with the blue commanders available at the time you'll have to run Barrin, Master Wizard or Alexi, Zephyr Mage . That's if you want Targeted bouncing. That being said, Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep and Llawan, Cephalid Empress offers a sort of board wipe effect but only under certain parameters. That and there's Sun Ce, Young Conquerer but he's not really all that viable anyhow :) Hope this helps!
