Giant: something about Countryside Crusher resonates with me. Fleshpulper Giant, Hamletback Goliath, Inescapable Brute, Rampart Smasher, Scab-Clan Giant, Bonecrusher Giant, Stoneshock Giant or Garenbrig Paladin are other good options.
Albino..? hmmm.. Pale Wayfarer? Zealous Inquisitor? Honestly, Albino Troll is kinda perfect. Just pretend it's modern legal. They won't know, right? haha

D1beast: I pretty much just went to my binders for your request for a budget version. I haven't looked for much card interaction, mostly just trying to help this deck capitalize on Mayael's ability to cheat cards while keeping the price tag low.
Unfoil Blazing Archon.
Sideboard Omnath, Locus of Rage, Akroma, Angel of Wrath, Dragonlord Atarka, Dromoka, the Eternal and Dragonlord Dromoka - put these in as you please.
Remove Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Sigarda, Host of Herons, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, Scourge of the Throne, Vigor, Sword of Feast and Famine, Thran Dynamo, Rings of Brighthearth, Defense of the Heart, and all non-basic lands except for Command Tower and Reflecting Pool.
Adjust basic lands to 15 Forest, 11 Mountain, 10 Plains.
Add Aegis Angel, Bane of Bala Ged, Elderscale Wurm, Essence of the Wild, Krond the Dawn-Clad, Scaled Behemoth, Stoneshock Giant, Tyrant of Discord, Green Sun's Zenith, Primeval Bounty.
Total Cost of Mainboard as of 5/15 (TCG): ~$169. Sideboard adjustments above total ~$16-$17.
Again, this probably isn't optimal and needs tweaking to make all the removals and additions work together, but these are some ideas to take the deck if you wanted a unified theme.

Personally, after seeing the Wade Into Battle Commander 2015 deck, I lost all confidence in Giant Tribal. Then again, that's mainly because of the fact that my friends think that it is trash, and they have been playing longer than me, so I trust them.
Anyway, there's always Borderland Behemoth and Thundercloud Shaman, both of which are good additions to a Giant Tribal deck.
You can possibly try out Bearer of the Heavens, Pharagax Giant, Stoneshock Giant, Bloodfire Colossus, Impelled Giant, and Boldwyr Intimidator.

So, did anyone draft Conspiracy last night? It seemed to be one of the most grindy games of magic I have ever had the (dis)pleasure of playing. I had a sweet jund deck that was only creatures and removal with a Burning Wish SB of Selvala's Stampede and Overrun. I eventually lost once the game turned into a game of Archenemy against me. The other guy that had a board finally got through to kill me and another player by monstrous-ing a Stoneshock Giant and swinging in with a 22/22 Havengul Vampire among others.
Selvala's Stampede is an awesome card! It's essentially a 4-for 1 as long as you have 2-3 permanents in your hand. Me and 1 other person voted wild and I flipped a Nessian Asp and Archdemon of Paliano off of it. I was also able to put a creature and a land from my hand into play all at once. The card is just bonkers, and I'm sure it will see EDH play!
