Hey Goldrodger558, love the deck idea. I will say I'm missing the original Abzan tilt but Selesnya has always been your groove anyway. First off I think you could really benefit from simply running a playset of Evolving Wilds over simply three since I assume you're using them more to thin your deck than for the actual decision of green or white mana. I've also noticed your deck lacks a little in the flying category and think you could really benefit from a couple Steppe Gliders. While they do cost a little on the drop, the ability to give any one of your huge creatures flying to soar over a defensive barricade is second to none. If clunkier creatures aren't your style there's also Not Forgotten which can bring back a crowd favorite while also giving you a small chump blocker.

Finally, I think the Investigate subtheme is a little out of place with the midrange feel but that's more an opinion than anything else. I think choosing something more like an equipment or enchantment angle could be hugely beneficial especially with sigarda's blessing (The Card, Why won't it link to the card?). This would allow you to Gryff's Boon or Angelic Gift on the fly, especially since Angelic Gift gives you back that card draw the clues were giving in the first place.

xtopazinferno,
There are tons of Trample effects of course, but for other types of evasion, this is everything I know for Kaladesh Standard ...

i would drop your Aven Tactician for an equal amount of Steppe Glider. sure it doesnt give a bolster effect but it gives creatures flying so its an alternate win con, same CMC too. Enduring Scalelord is a pseudo bolster, though costs a lot. but he can win a game.

While I see many people advocating this 'turn 1 land in a huge creature' strategy, I disagree, as this can lead to massive setbacks when someone kills your 1 land with a targeted removal. I've recently put together my own list and when piloting it I like to stick to a 1:4 ratio of animated lands to non-animated lands, sometime I adjust if I feel like I can protect my lands enough.

As for suggestions grab a Rapid Hybridization or Pongify, as well as add that Path to Exile, cheap targeted removal is great if your meta is creature heavy. Tragic Arrogance, Devastation Tide and Displacement Wave are also great for creating openings in which to swing in for lots of damage. Hidden Strings is pretty cute, especially when you cipher it to your new elemental creature. I personally run a more enchantment heavy build with stuff like Karmic Justice and Land Tax to help my deck along and run a Replenish to help recover if someone sweeps my board, though Land Tax and Replenish aren't all that budget. This rest, just look for some powerful spells like Rite of Replication or extra turn spells.

As for cuts, I'm not a huge fun of the creature buffs spells or stuff that make them unblock-able, even with rebound I don't feel like the pay off is that great even with the second cast. Ensnare seems pretty bad, taps down your creatures which will include at least one of your lands, Turnabout is alot better more utility, but you can cast it for free. Specific defense spells like Teferi's Response, Rootborn Defenses and Emerge Unscathed could probably be replaced by more solid counter spells. Arcane Denial, Rewind, Swan Song and of course the classic Counterspell all come to mind. I prefer Reality Shift to Blessed Reincarnation as its cheaper to cast and is less likely to backfire, no rebound though. I don't like Congregate, as generally a card that only gains life if pretty lackluster, Sphinx's Revelation is nuts cause it gains life AND draws cards.

Onto Creatures. Abzan Battle Priest is another card I don't like for reasons just mentioned, Daring Apprentice as its doing something you could achieve with a instant, without the benefit of animating a land, Lunar Mystic because you have access to better draw and this is rather fragile, Steppe Glider is alright just not great, Wall of Resurgence cause its just not good enough really. I only run about 5 creatures Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Trinket Mage, Halimar Tidecaller and Sun Titan cause I run Synthetic Destiny which can lead to a massive swing in my favor. However I do understand that you're building on a budget and 2 of those creatures aren't cheap.

Artifacts, I'd cut Elixir of Immortality, and add some more mana rocks ( Sol Ring Azorius Signet, Gilded Lotus ) and I prefer Lightning Greaves over Swiftfoot Boots. Landwise if you ever add a Trinket Mage, I'd add the artifact lands as extra cards to hit of the mage otherwise its all down to your budget, though the blue white man land is pretty good as well. In your maybe board, I'd definitly add the leyline, flash is super powerful control shell and Path to Exile is also great. Cackling Counterpart on the otherhand is pretty terrible as you dont run that many creatures that are worth copying ( Sun Titan, Diluvian Primordial and Kederekt Leviathan ), and copying a land creature would result in the token dying as a result of state-based actions (As it would be a 0/0 land, creature - elemental)

Apologies for the essay, and I hope this helps

Hardened Scales Would be a good addition here, especially as a replacement for Mighty Leap. And I think that Steppe Glider under-performs, especially if you have an Abzan Falconer on the board, which is not unlikely. You could have another Dragonscale General for a lower CMC!
