Nice deck : ) I always really liked Firja and this looks like a really nice build for her.

My only suggestion might be to have more permanent based removal rather than instants and sorceries. I have a Bruna, the Fading Light  Meld self mill deck and I found that things like Skyclave Apparition or Cast Out and Prison Term are more effective than Swords to Plowshares because they can come back to play and pick new targets, where swords is usually a dead milled card. And something like Spectral Steel can get back something like Swift Reconfiguration which can be super annoying to your opponents. Especially with Heliod's Pilgrim or Moon-Blessed Cleric to tutor removal, play removal, and then replay them off Hall of Heliod's Generosity or a similar effect.

But you would know a lot better than me how it plays : ) Just a suggestion because I play a similar strategy and had my deck change over time to fit the mill theme.

Massacar I definitely run Mesmeric Orb : ) If no one removes it early, it can go nuts. I've even had to sac it a few times to Grinding Station to not deck myself. But I do have a decent amount of cards to play out of the graveyard like Sevinne's Reclamation and Spectral Steel so unless it goes too far Mesmeric Orb is one of the best cards in the deck.

And I've thought about Basalt Monolith and it may be very good. It can be hard sometimes to assemble combos in this deck though, like monolith plus Unwinding Clock because there is every chance that I'm going to mill one or both of them. But it might be good.

I'll try to put this deck up today, it's a fun one : )

Gaea's Touch is a really good point. I used to run it in an enchantress deck and it was great. Those kind of, get your mana back, effects are always underrated I think. I've found a ton of use for Soldevi Adnate and that's kinda similar. Just a very reliable way to get back the mana you spent.

Spectral Steel is one that I never see mentioned but I've always found it very good. Buffing Esper Sentinel by 2 is super annoying, and if you get it in the graveyard it becomes recursion for your best equipments and auras. I run it in a self mill deck and a lot of the time it's a tutor I can play out of the graveyard. That self mill also has Planar Birth which is the bombeyist of bombs when it goes off. Sometimes mill fizzles and it sits in my hand, but I feel like every time I play it I'm getting 6-10 lands into play. These may be situational, I fully admit, but I never see them talked about really.

Nice deck (+1), though I do concur with the earlier comments about the land count being a bit low (could just switch out the Glorious Anthem 's for 2 plains), but if it's been working out for you in testing I'm not gonna question it too much (guessing The Birth of Meletis probably does a lot of heavy lifting here). Have you considered Spectral Steel ? It's pretty good with the Archon and can fetch back some auras against mill. Hope this helps.

Personally I would make these swaps:

Also it looks like you forgot to add your lands
