Pay 3 life: Put a +1/+1 counter on Souldrinker.
Permanents that let you pay life for free are allstars in Greven. Fortunately, the ones you don't have are also cheap. Moltensteel Dragon , Souldrinker , Soul Channeling , Unspeakable Symbol are all good.
After dumping up to 16 life into these, you're total might be getting low. That's why lifelink is critical for Greven. You're missing the cheap ones again: Cartouche of Ambition , Vampiric Link , Butcher's Cleaver .
Lastly, to make Greven's menace count, you want to clear at least all but one of each opponent's creatures (without killing Greven). You aren't including Fleshbag Marauder , Plaguecrafter , Merciless Executioner , or Vona's Hunger ; all of which clear one or more creatures from EACH opponent! Not to mention some all-star Greven board wipes like Chandra's Ignition , Ritual of Soot , and Crater Hellion . Spot removal can fill the gaps; pack a few.
A couple other notes. First strike can help Greven win any combat without a scratch, regardless of blockers. Double strike is obviously better. Card draw is better on permanents: Greed and Arguel's Blood Fast Flip are good, so is erebos. Chainer, Dementia Master lets you lose life to reanimate, so does Phyrexian Delver (reanimate on a stick).
I'd add one land and some usefull bigger creatures. Get some five and six toughnesses in there and you can put Greven on the two-hit clock without a lifesink. The goal is to lose life after all.
I like where you're going with this thing. Hopefully I've shown you some cards you missed!

Very cool, very unique
Your maybeboard options: Erebos, God of the Dead, Grave Pact, and I was thinking hard about Walking Ballista and I feel like there's a combo there?! Doom Whisperer should be in Karador if it isn't already; but just a great card overall
How do you feel about Ambition's Cost and Ancient Craving? They're slightly different than Painful Truths and Promise of Power... Depends on how much draw you think you need I guess. I'd maybe suggest Dusk Legion Zealot and Razaketh, the Foulblooded as well. Razaketh definitely lol
Looks fun! +1

If you look at most EDH decks, the bulk of their cards fall on the 2 to 4 CMC slots. I would try out stuff like Kami of the Waning Moon, Hired Muscle, Farbog Revenant, Crypt Ghast, Baleful Eidolon, Lost Soul, Mindwarper, Morkrut Banshee, Nether Shadow, Pale Rider of Trostad, Searchlight Geist, Keening Banshee, Souldrinker, Skulking Ghost, Thief of Hope, Vampiric Spirit, Wicked Akuba, Death Denied, Horobi's Whisper, Soulless Revival, Three Tragedies, Swallowing Plague.
Everything else is too expensive or pretty terrible.

LeeRoy_Jenkiins, your mention of Souldrinker reminded me that I do have Unspeakable Symbol in the deck, which has been an absolute all-star. I like Souldrinker, but I don't like that he only puts the counter on himself. I'll consider finding a spot in the deck for him if I make some cuts.
I like Spawning Pit, but I'm on the fence. I'd never use the creature generation ability, meaning it'd only be a 2-mana sac outlet. While that in and of itself might not be too bad, I'm not sure if I want a card that I'd only use half of in the deck, especially when there are so many 2-mana or less sac outlets out there (Goblin Bombardment, Viscera Seer, Carrion Feeder, Skullclamp, Greater Gargadon, Bloodthrone Vampire, Dark Privilege, Dross Hopper, etc).
Thanks for the suggestions!

Sadly, I don't think there are any other similar cards. :( Unless you want to pay 1 B to filter Mana.
I have a budget version of the deck that is full of creatures that enter with counters or easily obtain counters, sac outlets and paying life. Most of these abilities do not cost any Mana and allow me to respond whenever I want.
Also I think board wipes are quite good in these decks because Marchesa's ability easily allows you to kill all of your opponents creatures while you lose next to nothing.

Few changes I'm considering, what y'all think?

As soon as I saw Torgaar spoiled, I thought of you haha. Glad to see you didn't disappoint!
Some thoughts, in order of what I think may work best:
Temporal Extortion Would be great to torment your opponents with in this deck.
Hatred and Unspeakable Symbol Would be a great way to give a Souldrinker boost to any creature (not even your own)
Bond of Agony Is another great way to leverage Torgaar to heal yourself
Chainer, Dementia Master Could be another way to get out creatures to sac
Dash Hopes Is a fun control card in a deck like this
Songs of the Damned Could be awesome later in the game
Control-ish: Slaughter, Sheoldred, Whispering One, Season of the Witch, Yahenni's Expertise (great with your CMC), Ultimate Price (may be better than some others in there now)
Recursion-ish: Strands of Night, Grave Betrayal, Haunted Fengraf
Ramp-ish: Razaketh, the Foulblooded, Underworld Connections, Bontu the Glorified
Life: Disciple of Griselbrand, Gonti's Machinations
Defense: Eldrazi Monument, Will-o'-the-Wisp, Yahenni, Undying Partisan
Sorry if any of these are redundant. Great deck, as always!

Sorry for the lack of response, life's pretty busy these days.
ohmless: Palace Siege does seem like a nice fit, hard to say what to replace with it. I did consider Drain Life, however it's reliance on just black mana and single target made me choose others like Exsanguinate and Debt to the Deathless over it.
chadsansing: They probably would be Ok, I however am not a fan of infinite combos (Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond ). I didn't think of Aetherflux Reservoir, it could be a nice fit for sure. Felidar Sovereign I wasn't sure of initially, I may try it out though. Vampiric Tutor is a bit out of my "how much to spend on colorful pieces of cardboard" policy lol. I did acquire a Mastermind's Acquisition recently. As for the demons, I decided to stick with spells regarding tutors. Karlov of the Ghost Council does seem like a nice addition, perhaps instead of Kambal. Lastly, Sheoldred, Whispering One while pricey, does seem worth the investment. Whatever I missed is either too expensive, and/or more creature base than I'm intending the deck to be. (Better description on my to do list).
ImtheRealBear: I decided on Souldrinker over Wall of Blood because a) not a defender and b) it +'s stick around. Phyrexian Unlife I think requires more dedication too, i.e. more things to prevent incoming damage. Diabolic Revelation seems a bit pricey CMC wise, somethin to think about though.
Wintermoon: Well, sort of. It's in the making. I physically have about 40% of the deck, and am working to acquire the rest. Just trying to get the finishing touches on it and bugs out of it before I get it complete.
Thank you all for your suggestions and votes. If you have any others or rebuttal I'll try to get to it asap. Happy tapping all.
