Ok,. this looks like a solid start- first things first, the modern meta. the current allies deck is an aggro deck based around Hada Freeblade , Kazandu Blademaster , and Collected Company. Like all modern decks it aims to win the game turn four- this means lots of acceleration is needed to make those five drops work, and four drops are often a little sketchy. Now making a combo allies deck, the plan should be to lure your opponent into stalling then comboing out. Traditional combo-enablers are Muddle the Mixture and Drift of Phantasms to let you assemble the peices then rock out in one turn. For acceleration, I'd reccomend Birds of Paradise and Sylvan Caryatid, but they don't combo with your current combo, so how about Kiora's Follower, Voyaging Satyr, and some Trace of Abundance and Sheltered Aerie.

Retreat to emeria should probably be more hardened scales, as you are already threatening sustain with Sea Gate Loremaster, however I'd also replace those with something like Vanish into Memory to provide mergency removal, protection and carddraw. Alternately, I'd run Umbral Mantle in addition to freed from the real, as you really want that combo.Crib Swap is the only specific removal that springs to mind- there are the modern staples of Path to Exile but Condemn will work since you plan to combo out. Mirror Entity is strong. Shields of Velis Vel or Shapesharer could have a place. Aura of Dominion is a possibility, as is Crab Umbra, Sinking Feeling, Thassa's Ire Seedcradle Witch and Vigean Graftmage. It will play similarly to some versions of the Grand Architect Pili-Pala aggro variant, or various Intruder Alarm decks.

The trick to making it good though, is to play, and have fun, and make a note whenevery you wish you had a different card or get stuck against an opponent, then figure out what needs to change to stop that, and if the change is worth it.
