I really enjoy the flavor here, as well as the cohesive gameplan. If I may make a few suggestions:
-2 Rise From the Tides: You have a high creature density and few ways to fill your graveyard. It also distracts from the overarching narrative your deck has - you already have the big Krakens/sea monsters as the climax to your story.
-2 Naiad of Hidden Coves: You don't have a tonne to do on your opponent's turn and their isn't that much flavour equity.
Some replacements you could consider:
Engulf the Shore: A payoff for all your islands that feeds into your control/ETB theme and really evokes the feeling of a dangerous nautical adventure
Shipwreck Looter: Another on-flavour card that synergizes with Glimpse of Freedom, Taken Inventory, your krakens, and Thassa.
Scourge of Fleets might also be a good upgrade from your Fleet Swallower.

Cuts: Mechanized Production , Cover of Darkness , Door of Destinies , Storm Fleet Spy , Bazaar Trader (why is it here?), Shipwreck Looter , Starke of Rath , Vona's Hunger , Demonic Tutor .
Add Spell Swindle (for Mana Drain ), and maybe add Changeling Outcast .

Added 4 Contraband Kingpin for the crazy amount of scrying that he will allow and some awesome survivability and dropped Shipwreck Looter and Daring Saboteur. This way I wont need to rely on attacking to get the cards I need I'll just scry for them!

How exactly are you gonna move Cultivator of Blades and Samut, Voice of Dissent to graveyard? I see only several options:
3x Shipwreck Looter – only once during ETB trigger
3x Siren Lookout – only once during ETB trigger
1x Pull from Tomorrow – the only more or less consistent way IMHO
2x Chart A Course – consistent one but conditional
Are you planning to bring more options or you only treat this combo as backup wincon?
