Ayula, Queen Among Bears is the only commander I play. I tried a lot but for me nothing is more fun than just having a blast with some bears. Build a cuddly army of fluffy doom and just have fun XD. Playing bears like River Bear and Pale Bears will even be quite the surprise for all the blue players at the table. Especially if they already starting to ignore you because they think you aren´t a threat. Or just play Bear Cub , buff him up a little and let the little guy fight every big scary thing out of the way due to Ayula's trigger. Thanks to Strixhaven, I recently had a new addition to the deck in form of Ruxa, Patient Professor which makes token generators like Words of Wilding or Bearscape even better.

Ayula, Queen Among Bears Best. Commander. Ever.
It is just such a blast to play with bears. Most of my usual playgroup plays some combination with blue and are always controlling each other out while I build silently my cuddly army and get in with a hexproof and indestructible River Bear XD
Also playing with Selvala, Explorer Returned in a grouphug deck, no win condition at all, just massive card draw, token generation and ramp effects for all players at the table, playing curses like Curse of Bounty on MYSELF and watch everyone at the table fall into total chaos either attacking me or trying to protect me because of all the boons I give out while I sit back with a drink, giggle and wait for them to kill each other.

Thanks for the tip, will definitely use Metallic Mimic , River Bear and Growing Rites of Itlimoc Flip i thought a few basic lands would be nice to sacrifice to Ayula's Influence and in the best case exile to Bearscape from the graveyard maybe i should include a Planar Bridge or Tamiyo's Journal to make sure that strategy works ?

I think you can cut your lands down to about 35-36 since most of your stuff isn’t that high for mana cost. You can put in with those opened up slots some land ramp like Rampant Growth and Kodama's Reach , River Bear is also a good bear that has islandwalk for when you have a blue opponent, then another piece of removal can never hurt so maybe add in Krosan Grip Also Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx can be really good for a large amount of mana as well as Growing Rites of Itlimoc Flip

What about River Bear for the sideboard? Seems like it's b(e)arely beatable for blue decks. Although i wouldn't want to make this deck even stronger than it already is.

Considerations would be Bearscape Words of Wilding Werebear and Ulvenwald BearMaybe try for a Morbid/Graveyard style approach?
Sideboard in Pale Bears and River Bear to dominate those pesky Merfolk xD
