Thanks for the feedback F3A5t, Rishadan Pawnshop over Pirate's Cutlass is probably the right call, though the flavour of the sword is just nice to have.
I think the fact that since Pirates having basically nothing to a functioning tribe in a single set really helps this deck as it has narrowed down to a small handful of things the deck wants to do (ie draw cards, attack with a bunch of little guys, steal other people's permanents, TREASURE!!!)
I look forward to putting this deck together, and I definitely think it has what it takes to hold its own at a table while staying heavily in flavour!!

Ah man the Rishadan Pawnshop is such a janky card. I love it! The fact that you can conscript items of your opponents and pawn them... I'm going to include it in my version! If only you got to draw a card after pawning it. I would take out the Pirate's Cutlass for it. The cutlass is a very generic equipment but it is on flavor, up to you mate.
This deck is oozing with flavor, but it actually doesn't look bad. It looks like it can hold its own at the table.

Thanks! I am glad that you like the look of the deck so far! While Rishadan Port is amazing both in effect and flavour/art, the price tag is well out of my pay grade so I will not be including it (I am not a fan of using proxies).
Though I cannot afford the port, I did find the card Rishadan Pawnshop while looking up the price, so that card is going to go in the maybe pile.

This is wrong, the best 11 card combo is:Grand Architect + Pili-Pala for infinite mana, then have Melek, Izzet Paragon, Wheel of Sun and Moon, Rishadan Pawnshop, One with Nothing, Venser, Shaper Savant, Elixir of Immortality, Illusionist's Bracers + Tidewater Minion for infinite untaps on Pawnshop (could be used for infinite mana if you have the right lands), and Enter the DungeonStart with: Grand Architect + Pili-Pala , Elixir of Immortality, Illusionist's Bracers + Tidewater Minion , Melek, Izzet Paragon, Wheel of Sun and Moon.Step 1: Crack Elixer. Shuffle your yard back in.Step 2: Cast Enter the Dungeon off the top.Step 3: Hold priority. Cast Venser, Shaper Savant to return the original Enter the Dungeon to your hand, then cast One with Nothing. Wheel of Sun and Moon triggers.Step 4: Use Rishadan Pawnshop to put all your permanents in your library.Step 5: Enter the Dungeon copy resolves. Start with a full libraryStep 6: Repeat until A: Opponent decks themselves or B: you can start conceding and climbing up your stack of tables until one player dies from the low air pressure. Preferably outcome B.

More recommendations.
Belbe's Portal. Another way to cheat Dragons into play.
Greater Gargadon. A great sac outlet to keep your dragons from being exiled by Zirilan that eventually gives you a 9/7 beater.
High Market and Rishadan Pawnshop. More ways to keep your dragons from being exiled.
Sword of Feast and Famine, Sword of Fire and Ice, and Sword of Light and Shadow. Aggression, utility, and protection. They cost $20+ for a reason.
Sword of the Animist. Speaking of swords, this sword ramps you and gives you more power on board.
Solemn Simulacrum. Ramps you, blocks early game, and draws you a card when it dies.
Basilisk Collar. Works very well with cards like Balefire Dragon, Scourge of Valkas, and Scourge of Kher Ridges.
Buried Ruin. Gets back an artifact that was destroyed or discarded.

Changeling Berserker, Synod Sanctum, Tel-Jilad Stylus, Rishadan Pawnshop, and Culling Dais can keep your dragons from being exiled at end of turn by Zirilan's effect. The Changeling is particularly good because you can tutor it up with Zirilan.
Sundial of the Infinite is such a good card in this deck. End the turn in response to the exile triggers of your Dragons, the exile trigger of your Flameshadow tokens, and even the sac trigger of your Feldon tokens to keep them all on the field permanently.
