I was a tiny bit sad to not see any hippos when I saw the title of this list.

They hungry!

WolfShadowmancer I'm a jank man myself, glad you like it. I agree with you there, that the creatures can't win on their own. Maybe it would be worth it to toss in a couple Rampaging Hippo, since you can cycle it. It's got a decent body and trample, so it could get over a lot of the smaller pauper bodies. Plus, it fits the swamp theme which I dig. If you come up with any more ideas hit me up. Thanks for the upvote!

I would have to agree with derpytrollerZ on his points of advice.

This deck would really benefit from more card advantage.
In the pauper format, some of the most efficient and affordable card advantage can be achieved with cards similar to Mulldrifter, which you already have included in the deck. I would advise you to remove some of the less effective creatures in favor of some that give more card advantage (draw power and tutoring).

In this case, I would remove the following creatures:
Man-o'-War, Rampaging Hippo, Rubbleback Rhino, and Wirewood Guardian.

Try adding these creatures:
AEthersnipe, Dimir Infiltrator, Drift of Phantasms, Impaler Shrike, Moriok Replica, and Pilgrim's Eye.
Creatures with ETB effects that allow the player to draw cards are really strong in Pauper. Also, the Transmute ability is a powerful way to tutor certain cards that you might need. A card that has a lot of utility in your colors is Perplex, for example (which should totally replace Dismiss).

I also feel as though Predatory Hunger and Sadistic Glee don't fit the theme of the deck itself. I suggest adding cards like Mystical Teachings and Treasure Cruise instead.

As for the land base, try making adjustments to your non-land permanents first, and see where that leaves you (you can always balance out the number of basic lands later :P). Since you are running three colors, you would benefit from adding a Command Tower.

I hope this helps you out some!

Dang it, I just typed out a long response, but then I hit upvote before posting, and my response is lost to the interwebs . . .

I will try to recreate a bit.

At first glance this looks like a budget deck, because of the large number of commons. But then you have three chandras in the sideboard, so I don't know what to think....

That said, there are a couple cards I'd suggest.

Ramunap Hydra looks like a straight upgrade to Bitterbow Sharpshooters.

I'm not sure how much value you are getting from Khenra Charioteer, as it seems like your heaviest hitters will already have trample.

There are upgrade options for Rampaging Hippo, Verdurous Gearhulk jumps to mind, but there are cheaper options like Charging Monstrosaur.

I very much like Wildfire Eternal and Inferno Jet together.

I would be worried about 21 lands with this kind of mana cost stuff, but that's for you to playtest and see if Druid of the Cowl makes it work.

I'd also suggest considering Shapers' Sanctuary.

Good luck.

I would cut the Life Goes On and Endless Sands. Lifegain is just not good enough and in your deck a forest would be better than endless sands. You have a lot of large creatures so i would put in some Channeler Initiate wich is on theame with the -1/-1 counters. I think you should take out maybe two Hapatra's Mark and play them in sideboard instead. I know you want the river theme but you should take out some Rampaging Hippo and use more Scaled Behemoth. If you splash black i would use Obelisk Spider too. Good luck with the deck.
