Raggadragga, Goreguts Boss references the mana spent to cast the spell. He will see the actual mana spent, so in your example he will not trigger from Phyrexian Ingester. If he cared about the mana value of the spell the trigger condition would be "Whenever you cast a spell with mana value 7 or greater".

Karametra's Acolyte might interest you. Adds a green mana for each devotion to green you have. Which your deck has 31 cards with atleast 1 green pip so you might like.
Raggadragga, Goreguts Boss is a card I think you really need to have tho. Gives your commander +2/+2 and for every spell over 7cmc you can untap your commander and use her again. Could really combo off.

I personally love my Raggadragga, Goreguts Boss deck. It's here: RaggaDragga Mana Dork/Land Creature Tribal In the description I list most of the combos that you can do with what I have in there but you can go many different ways with the deck. I really love the Fanning the Flames or Wurmcalling combos.

I got excited about Raggadragga, Goreguts Boss and wanted to build a lands animation spell slinger deck around him, quite different from the main stream mana dorks tribal since mine has very few creatures. Hoping to draw some inspirations from your deck too since I'm going to run both Kamahls inside the 99.
