jethstriker Good calls on those. I was considering using Wood Elemental as an example for worst of the worst, but went with less-infamous cards. Seriously, even in the early days, how did anyone think those cards would be usable? + sac two untapped forests for a 2/2 is bad compared to Barbary Apes or Radjan Spirit or, well, anything.

Desolation Twin is honestly pretty slow and too easy to chump block. I'd recommend cutting it in favor of an Armada Wurm.

Emmara Tandris is also rather lackluster for how high her CMC is, so adding a Parallel Lives in her place sounds like an easy fit.

Radjan Spirit seems very ineffective at dealing with flyers, while Silklash Spider is the undisputed king of knocking them out of the sky.

If you are really hurting for draw power, Rishkar's Expertise is pretty bonk for that, while Druid's Deliverance is often just not going to be enough to win you games.

I would also recommend finding room for Nylea, God of the Hunt or even a Overwhelming Stampede so that you can get through chump blockers and close out a game.

I agree; 27 lands is way too few in EDH. I generally run 37-39 plus a few pieces of ramp. I'd take out the following cards and replace them with lands:

If you like Mono- stompy, I highly recommend Omnath, Locus of Mana as your commander, as he both ramps you can grows ridiculously large with any unused mana you have.

Hope this helps! In addition, I recommend buying a preconstructed Commander deck for anywhere from $25-$50; they have some valuable cards and some pretty awesome commanders!
