Some other cards you could use are Sram's Expertise, Anointed Procession also Angel of Invention but from memory that's a little pricy. Shefet Dunes and Desert of the True seem fine in the land base as well. I think Aether Inspector, Eddytrail Hawk, Foundry Inspector and Propeller Pioneer are reasonable cuts as they don't really do enough.Also the module plan isn't that reliable. Assuming no mulligan, removal, draw or scry, the chance of drawing all three modules is: in first hand 2.7%, turn 4 9.7%, turn 8 20%, turn 12 31% etc. (http://stattrek.com/online-calculator/hypergeometric.aspx). Speaking of combo's however, you may not have noticed that Aethergeode Miner goes infinite with two Decoction Modules and some way of benefiting from the loop e.g. Ninth Bridge Patrol or Fabrication Module. However even with a playset of each it's like 17% just to get the loop going by turn 8 with or without a payoff.If you're willing to spend a little $ Metallic Mimic choosing servo goes pseudo infinite with fabrication module and is already a powerful card being effectively a lord in the two drop slot.If you're playing standard you'll probably want a sideboard. An unhealthy amount of Gideon's Intervention is probably in order as it's the only way of protecting against wrath in your colors. Also Anointer Priest for aggro, Ixalan's Binding for The Scarab God and Treasure Map  ^Flip or Sunset Pyramid for control.Anyways good luck with this next time.

Creatures that I could see removing: Abzan Skycaptain, Aetherborn Marauder, Ahn-Crop Crasher, Alesha's Vanguard, Bala Ged Scorpion, Nef-Crop Entangler, Night Market Aeronaut, Priest of the Blood Rite, Propeller Pioneer, Sandsteppe Outcast, and Thriving Ibex. (these creatures are just plain bad)

Things you should think about adding: Anthem effects, card draw, ramp, and removal.

Also: You have the most 3 cost cards even thought you are always going to play Alesha, Who Smiles at Death on turn three.

While I was adjusting my deck some more I just noticed that Propeller Pioneer costs more than Glint-Sleeve Artisan and has one less toughness than him the only upside however is her flying ability. Would you suggest that I take both of her out and put 4 Glint-Sleeve Artisan or keep her in?

You're probably a couple lands short with all high CMC cards. I recommend going up to at least 22 plains. You also want more mana to activate Oketra's token generator.
Supply Caravan feels like a stretch; if you need the big body, I'd recommend Felidar Sovereign to go along with the cats. If you need the token bodies, Angel of Invention is the same CMC as Caravan with double the tokens and +1/+1 for all your creatures. Any of the other fabricate creatures from Kaladesh would also give you something similar to Caravan. Glint-Sleeve Artisan could fill out your three-drop creature spot while giving you a Servo token; Propeller Pioneer is a 4-drop that will give you a flying body and also a Servo; and Visionary Augmenter can give you two Servos. Plus all the fabricated servos would trigger your Anointed Procession.

i like this deck especially that Yahenni, Undying Partisan and Zulaport Cutthroat pairing. There are a few minor edits you can make, such as adding Marionette Master to suddenly make the deck more powerful (sacrifice your artifact creatures to make opponents lose ALOT of life). to make this work better, you'd want more fabricating creatures like Propeller Pioneer and maybe anothe Weaponcraft Enthusiast

Hey, 18 lands is not enough if you want to be running anything that costs 3 or more mana. Cut some things like Ornithopter, as it is useless in the deck and will not give you anything of benefit except maybe another source for improvise, though the deck doesn't seem too focused on that. Taking out some mic. spells would work as well, as you should be running around 24 lands. Failed Inspection could be taken out for more Metallic Rebukes if you can find them. I am not a fan of Consulate Crackdown in the mainboard, it is a dead card against anything not running artifacts and only useful if you run into a mass artifact strategy. Sideboard it for sure. Take out some of your larger creatures for fabricate things such as Glint-Sleeve Artisan, Propeller Pioneer, Visionary Augmenter, etc.

Add 3 copies of Weaponcraft Enthusiast intead of Propeller Pioneer. And I think that Animation Module can fit perfectly on this deck.

I'd consider Visionary Augmenter instead of Propeller Pioneer because the extra Fabricate can be compounded by Panharmonicon and Reckless Fireweaver, making it far better.
Flying seems less important and less related to the ethos of the deck and the extra white mana shouldn't be an issue in a deck that is already heavily white.
