Bear in mind I really only play Casual, but Leonin Skyhunter and/or Order of the Golden Cricket have been good. I have been experimenting lately with Sigarda's Aid and Whispersilk Cloak, and two copies of Godsend I had lying around. Not enough matches yet to say if Id recommend it. Equipment or enchantments could be a way to sneak in other effects as mono-white knights dont have great options for fliers. A few angels might work too.
